Garlic-Ginger Bok Choy
ingredients:
2 bunches baby bok choy
2 garlic cloves
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
coconut oil
sea salt
directions:
- Rinse and chop baby bok choy into bite sized pieces.
- Heat up large pot with coconut oil.
- Crush or mince 2 cloves garlic and ginger. Add both to hot pan and reduce heat to low to prevent burning.
- After your garlic and ginger is warmed up add in baby bok choy.
- Mix evenly as it cooks down.
- You can cover and let it steam till soft.
- Add sea salt to taste.
