Garlic-Ginger Bok Choy

{ When it comes to organic vegetables don’t fuss over it, let the food speak for itself. The fresher it is, the more you can be certain that it’s taste can stand on it’s own with little interference. }

  • Rinse and chop
  • Dice and saute
  • Add and mix
  • Cover and steam
  • Garlic-Ginger Bok Choy

    ingredients:

    2 bunches baby bok choy

    2 garlic cloves

    1 inch piece of fresh ginger

    coconut oil

    sea salt

    directions:

    1. Rinse and chop baby bok choy into bite sized pieces.
    2. Heat up large pot with coconut oil.
    3. Crush or mince 2 cloves garlic and ginger. Add both to hot pan and reduce heat to low to prevent burning.
    4. After your garlic and ginger is warmed up add in baby bok choy.
    5. Mix evenly as it cooks down.
    6. You can cover and let it steam till soft.
    7. Add sea salt to taste.
